| Emily Landis Walker currently acts as consultant through
Landis & Co to encourage private sector investment
in projects in Iraq. Emily is an approved Finder for MIGA (Multilateral
Investment Guarantee Agency), a member of the World Bank Group, which provides
political risk insurance for emerging economies. She represented MIGA at the
U.S.-Iraq Business and Investment Conference in
Washington, DC, this past October. A banker with over 25 years international
financial experience at the IMF, US Treasury, EBRD, Citibank and Barclays,
Emily meets frequently in Washington, DC and in London with financial
institutions, government agencies and non-profit business organizations. In
association with Simudyne, a software simulation company, Emily spent several
months working in Iraq on a Department of Defense contract and actively serves
as an adviser to financial institutions on their ongoing efforts there. She is
a frequent public speaker on investment opportunities in Iraq including an
appearance with Sir David Frost on his Frost
Over the World program.

| Emily was chosen in December 2008 to serve as a member of the
working group to provide advice on
The
Quadrennial Homeland Security Review under the auspices of the
Homeland Security
Advisory Council (HSAC). She has served since August 2007 as a member
of the Department of Homeland Security Advisory Council
Private Sector
Advisory Committee (PVTSCAC). Emily was recently named as a member of
the Advisory Board to London First’s
Security and
Resilience Network. She is also a member of the US delegation to the
ISO Technical Committee
on Societal Security.
