Developed internal training and taught the course for bankers to sell Citigroup’s investment management capabilities in 15 countries
  · Spoke at numerous internal conferences and off-sites on cross-sell potential
  · Created asset management training manual for global bankers along with accompanying slide show and video in multiple languages for global dissemination
Quantified global Citigroup-wide cross-sell opportunities, developed competitive analyses, and determined gaps in internal distribution model
Defined and articulated Citigroup's internal market for cross-sell opportunities
Worked with senior management to define a strategic plan to better market Citigroup products through internal sales processes
Represented Institutional Asset Management on Citigroup Merger Committee at Corporate level
